Refund & Return Policy

At Nostalgic Sukh, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging and seal intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please provide your account details when contacting us
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  2. Email us at support@nostalgicsukh.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
