Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or Order Confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping: PKR 200 flat rate
Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us and reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at nostalgicsukh@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
